Petchart.
Free for every animal you love

Every vet record. One chart.

Petchart collects your pet's records from every clinic you've been to, reads them, and sorts lab results, vaccines, medications and visits into one chart you can share with any vet in seconds.

No app to install and no password. Dogs, cats, pigs, horses, goats, birds: if it sees a vet, it gets a chart.

From scattered paperwork to one chart.

Most owners can't see their pet's lab results, and records stay stuck at whichever clinic took them. Petchart fixes that in four steps.

Add your pet

Any species. Name and a photo are enough to start.

Get the records

Sign one release and Petchart emails each clinic a secure upload link. Or snap photos of the papers you already have.

Petchart reads them

Lab values with flags and trends, vaccines with due dates, medications, weights and every visit, in date order.

Share with any vet

A link or QR code opens the whole chart on any phone, no app needed. The vet can add their records back.

Your records, your right

In most states your vet has to give you copies. Petchart makes asking painless.

The request goes out with your signed release and a link the clinic answers in under a minute: drop in the PDFs, press Send. Clinics on Petchart see it in their inbox and can message you back.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Petchart is part of Intuzu's free tools for owners and small businesses. No card, no trial.

Do I need an account?

No. Your chart works the moment you open it. Add your email when you want to request records, get notified, or open the chart on another phone.

What if my vet isn't on Petchart?

It still works. Any clinic with an email address can answer a request from the link we send. You can also upload photos or PDFs yourself.

Does HIPAA cover pet records?

No. HIPAA covers people, not animals. Veterinary records are governed by state veterinary boards, which in most states require clinics to keep records confidential and to give owners copies. Petchart only shares a chart with the people you choose, and you can turn off any link at any time.

Does Petchart give medical advice?

No. It organizes what your vets wrote. Ask your vet what a result means for your animal.
